Terrain has an in-depth knowledge of strength and conditioning, body composition and physique training.

He also understands, all too well, the real life struggle of balancing Life with Training and Nutrition, as for the past three years he has juggled working as a stay at home dad while running a successful Personal Training Business.

All the while, finding time to keep himself in great shape.

His philosophy is that "you can always find the time to workout".

CHANTAL EKLUND

Chantal Eklund is a lovely mother of 4 children. Chantal is passionated about wellness and is also very fascinated by the effects wholesome foods, movement, emotions, mental and spiritual health have on the human body.

 

Chantal believes her Yoga classes aims to strengthen and tone the body aligning and rooting the

individual, helping them gain stability, bringing them to a place of euphoria,

where they are open to the endless possibilities of life, thereby experiencing

freedom, lightness, suppleness, ease of flow. Whilst gaining strength and

openness of the heart, a state of compassion towards themselves and others.

 

 

QUALIFICATION:

 

Certified Anusara yoga Instructor, 200-hour RYT at Stamba School of yoga in Zurich.

Certified Functional Nutritionist
